The public Lets website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. Technical mechanisms are used only to deliver pages and protect the early-access form.

What the site does not use
Lets does not connect client-side analytics, marketing pixels, session replay, A/B testing, advertising networks, or newsletter tracking and does not set cookies for those purposes.
What may be used
Vercel, the browser, and network providers may use headers, caching, local storage, or other technical mechanisms needed to deliver and protect pages. The early-access form loads Cloudflare Turnstile. It evaluates browser signals to distinguish a person from automated submission. Form fields are sent to Lets separately after the person submits them.
Why there is no banner
The site does not show a cookie banner because it does not offer optional analytics, advertising, or profiling. Turnstile is used only for form protection. Counsel must still confirm whether this notice is sufficient in each launch country.
If this configuration changes
Before an optional tool is enabled, the team must update this page and review its provider, purpose, retention, international transfers, and prior-consent requirements. An optional tool must not be enabled silently or only to collect marketing statistics.
Production verification
Before approval, letsdao.org must be checked in a clean browser profile for cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, service workers, network requests, and Turnstile behavior before and after form submission. The result must match this page.
