Terms

Terms explain how to use the Lets beta: service use, content behavior, account/moderation, beta nature, and the boundaries around Glints, Decisions, and future features.

Document status

Effective date: pending approval. Last updated: June 2, 2026. Template version: terms-template-2026-06-02-v0. This is a working draft / pending legal approval; qualified legal review is required before publication. Operator details, governing law, acceptance process, and final legal wording must be confirmed before public launch.

Service operator

IE Igor Olegovich Ufimtsev (INN 661216623903, OGRNIP 321665800223021) administers Lets during the beta stage. Lets DAO describes the product and community idea of the project, but DAO is not the legal operator, personal-data controller, or party to these Terms unless a separate legal entity is formed. Legal and privacy requests can be sent to privacy@letsdao.org.

Service use

The Lets public site currently works as an informational pre-launch page. There is no site registration, account area, request form, newsletter, or automatic beta access. The mobile product is preparing for beta, so participation, feature availability, and rules may change before launch.

Account/moderation

Lets may assess reports, limit content visibility, remove content, restrict features, or restrict an account when there is a rule violation, risk to people, abuse, an attempt to bypass limits, or unlawful use. A person can request review through the contact path, but that does not mean the team will change the decision right away.

Content behavior

People must not post someone else's content without permission, impersonate others, expose another person's private information, interfere with Lets, spam, harass people, or use the service to cause harm. Copyright, IP, safety, and abuse questions should start from the contact page.

Beta nature

Lets is in pre-launch / beta status, so features, interfaces, access, review paths, and participation rules can change. Beta participation provides no money-like or future-product entitlement, and the site does not guarantee beta access, partner status, future features, or a specific outcome.

Glints and Decisions

Glints stay an internal signal of live response to a creator's contribution. Decisions help the team see a clear community signal and choose a next product step. They are not legal votes, do not execute changes automatically, and do not replace safety rules, support, or accountable team judgment.

Emergency and contact paths

Lets is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate threat to life, health, or safety, contact local emergency services. Privacy, safety, report review, restriction review, vulnerability, copyright, or IP concerns can start from the contact page. The team may ask for context, but should not ask for passwords, verification codes, or unnecessary private documents.

Disclaimers and disputes

Liability limits, governing law, dispute path, operator details, and required company information must be completed and reviewed by counsel before production launch. Until those facts are confirmed, this text should not be treated as final Terms of Use.
