Terms

This is a working draft for the Lets website and early-access form. It does not yet govern the mobile app or replace the final closed-beta terms.

Document status

Not in effect. Last updated: August 27, 2026. Version: terms-draft-2026-08-27-v3. This draft is pending legal review. The closed beta is already running by invitation, but this document is not an acceptance mechanism for the mobile app. Final app terms must be approved before the next expansion of the test.

Who is responsible for the public site

Igor Olegovich Ufimtsev administers the public letsdao.org website and receives legal notices at privacy@letsdao.org. LetsDAO is not currently a separate legal entity or an independent contracting party. The mobile-app operator and the contracting party for the closed beta must be confirmed separately before the test expands.

What the site provides

On letsdao.org, we show product screens, publish project news, an FAQ, and the Product Paper, and accept early-access requests. The site has no registration, account area, newsletter, or automatic product access. Lets is now in closed beta on iPhone.

Permitted site use

You may read the materials and share links to the site. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or use its materials in a way that violates the law or another person's rights.

Materials and brand identifiers

Text, graphics, the Lets logo, and interface images remain with their respective rights holders. Publication on the site does not grant commercial-use rights. Copyright questions or reports of inaccurate material can be sent to the legal email.

Product status and promises

Materials reflect the product state on their review date and may be updated. A request does not guarantee closed-beta access or promise an invitation date, partner status, a particular feature, or a specific result. Verified current information is collected in the Product Paper and project news.

Glints and Circle questions

Glints show limited social context about activity inside Lets. The current interface still includes a separate Glints summary screen; this form is under review and is not treated as final. Circle questions let participants keep one selected answer and view the result inside a Circle. These features create no monetary, corporate, or contractual rights and do not trigger changes automatically.

Email contact

You can contact the team at privacy@letsdao.org. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment data, documents, health information, or another person's personal data. Email processing is described in the draft Privacy Policy.

What still needs approval

Before the next closed-beta expansion, counsel must review governing law, liability limits, app-term acceptance, dispute handling, age limits, and rights to the materials. Until then, this document remains an informational draft and does not replace mobile-app terms.
