Why it matters
Longreads now have a more focused author path: blocks are easier to edit, material order is clearer, and the move into final details feels calmer.
We reduced friction around formatting. Important actions stay close to the text, but they do not cover the material or compete with the author for attention.
That matters for Lets: a short post and a longer thought should live in one product without making the author feel pushed into a separate heavy editor.
