Share with people who aren't on Lets yet
Public Lets posts can now be read in a browser, even without the app.
Why it matters
Found a photo or a post you'd like to share? The person receiving it no longer needs to install Lets. A public post opens in a browser with its text and photos, not just the app logo.
In the new Android beta build, Share and Copy link create a short address for the post. Older long links shared from the beta also lead to the browser reader.
Sharing a link doesn't change who can see a post. Private or deleted posts don't become public: visitors see an unavailable message instead of the content.
At publication, the build with short links is available to Android beta testers. Tester access to the new iPhone build hasn't yet been confirmed in TestFlight. Opening the installed app directly from the browser isn't enabled yet.
